New Project
Scott-Long is proud to announce that we have been awarded preconstruction and construction services for the new Christ Church in Fairfax Station, Virginia. The project consists of a new church contained in a combined single and two-story structure, containing a new multi-purpose worship space, large commons gathering area, classrooms, offices and other support spaces. The total project is approximately 48,500sf and will start in the Spring of 2009.

Church Development Seminar |
Whether your church is considering expansion of an existing facility, or an entirely new church building, this seminar is provided at no cost to assist you in understanding the development and construction process. Our next seminar will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2008, from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm at Vienna Presbyterian Church in Vienna, VA. The address is 124 Park Street, NE, Vienna, VA. Topics will include initial ministry needs assessment, programming, master planning, site development, municipal permits and approvals, architectural services, budgeting, fundraising, financing, contracting and construction.
