What happens before the first spadeful of earth is turned has the greatest impact on the cost and timely completion of your project. Preconstruction services will vary from one project to another, but generally they include constructability reviews, cost control, phasing plans, scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, site logistics, material procurement and subcontractor selection.
